1.  Cost of owl pellets are $1.75 each (plus $4.00 Shipping and Handling fee per order)

2. Purchase Order or Payment is due prior to shipping

3.  If your school requires a PO Number then you must complete necessary paperwork within your school / school district and fax (803.734-4300) that PO Number with the following information to the attention of Sandra Hartley:

•  *Number of owl pellets ($1.75x number + $4.00 s/h = Total)

•  *School

•  *Contact Person

•  *Phone Number of Contact Person

•  *Principle's Name

•  *Shipping Address

•  *Email Address (If applicable)

•  *Fax Number

3.  If PO Number is not required for the purchase of owl pellets, please supply the below information.  The requester will be billed.

•  *Number of owl pellets ($1.75x number + $4.00 s/h = Total)

•  *School

•  *Contact Person

•  *Principle's Name of School

•  *Shipping Address

•  *Email Address (If applicable)

•  *Fax Number

4.  Once proper request has been faxed, owl pellets will be shipped.  If you do not provide all information as stated above then we can't process your request.  Thanks
